Basic Function/Overview:

This opportunity is temporary, hourly as needed without permanent employment status.

Seeking an individual with clerical and data entry experience to provide clerical support as assigned.

Essential Duties/Major Responsibilities:

• Performs customer service
• Provides telephone and front counter support
• Responds to routine inquiries
• Distributes applications, forms, and other documents as requested
• Performs a variety of routine office clerical duties
• Checks equipment in and out to students and staff; maintains related logs
• Receives, time stamps, sorts, and distributes incoming and interdepartmental mail
• Maintains accurate records of work performed
• Performs other related duties as assigned
